🇪🇪 Tagastus- ja taganemisõigus

Taganemisõigus (14 päeva)

Euroopa Liidu tarbijakaitsereeglite kohaselt on sul õigus oma ostust 14 päeva jooksul alates tellimuse viimase toote kättesaamisest taganeda, ilma et peaksid esitama taganemise põhjust. Tähtaeg hõlmab ka nädalavahetusi ja riigipühi.

Tagastatav toode peab olema kasutamata ja kahjustamata, võimalusel originaalpakendis ning koos kõigi etikettidega.

Taganemisõigus ei kehti järgmistele toodetele:

  • kliendi soovide järgi valmistatud või personaliseeritud tooted;
  • muud seaduses sätestatud erandite alla kuuluvad tooted.

Kui konkreetse toote suhtes kehtib taganemisõiguse erand, on sellest märgitud toote lehel.

Oluline: enne konkreetsete toodete, näiteks aluspesu, sokkide või teatud kaubamärkide taganemisõigusest välistamist tasub kontrollida, kas selline erand on Eesti ja EL-i tarbijakaitseõiguse alusel tegelikult kohaldatav. Tarnija enda tingimus üksi ei pruugi tarbija seaduslikku taganemisõigust piirata.

Tellimuse tühistamine enne saatmist

Kui soovid tellimuse tühistada, võta meiega ühendust esimesel võimalusel enne tellimuse teele saatmist.

Kui tellimus ei ole veel teele pandud, püüame selle tühistada ja tagastada sulle tasutud summa. Kui tellimus on juba lähetatud, kohaldatakse eespool kirjeldatud 14-päevast taganemisõigust.

Kuidas toodet tagastada?

  1. Võta meie klienditeenindusega ühendust kontaktivormi või e-posti teel ning märgi oma tellimuse number ja tagastatav toode. Taganemise korral ei ole sul kohustust esitada põhjust.
  2. Saadame sulle täpsed juhised tagastamise kohta.
  3. Paki toode hoolikalt ja saada see meile vastavalt antud juhistele.

Tagastamise kulud

Tagastamisega seotud kulud sõltuvad konkreetsest tootest ja tellimusest. Enne tagastamist anname sulle teada, kas tagastamise eest tuleb tasuda ning kes selle kulu katab.

Kui seadusest tulenevalt peab tagastamiskulu kandma klient, anname sellest enne tagastamist teada.

Raha tagastamine

Pärast tagastatud toote kättesaamist ja kontrollimist tagastame sulle raha esialgse makseviisi kaudu.

Tagasimakse tehakse hiljemalt seaduses sätestatud tähtaja jooksul. Praktikas töötleme tagasimakseid tavaliselt 7–14 tööpäeva jooksul pärast tagastuse kättesaamist ja kontrollimist.

Kui kasutasid ostu sooritamisel kinkekaarti või sooduskoodi, kohaldatakse tagasimaksele vastavaid kinkekaardi või soodustuse tingimusi.

Toote vahetamine

Kui soovid toote mõne teise toote vastu vahetada, soovitame tagastada esialgse toote ning teha uue tellimuse soovitud tootele.

Nii saame tagada selgema tellimuse jälgimise ja võimalikult kiire tarne.

🇬🇧 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

Returned products should be unused and undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging with all labels attached.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised products;
  • other products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

If an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a particular product, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Important: Before excluding specific products, such as underwear, socks or products from particular brands, from the right of withdrawal, you should verify that the relevant exception is actually permitted under Estonian and EU consumer protection law. A supplier's own return policy does not by itself override a consumer's statutory rights.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and refund the amount you have paid. If your order has already been dispatched, the 14-day right of withdrawal described above will apply.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service team using our contact form or by email and provide your order number and the product you wish to return. If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason.
  2. We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack the product carefully and return it according to the instructions provided.

Return Costs

Return costs depend on the specific product and order. Before you return an item, we will let you know whether a return fee applies and who is responsible for covering the cost.

Where the customer is legally responsible for the return costs, we will inform you before the return is made.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue the refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable law. In practice, we generally process refunds within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you used a gift card or discount code when placing your order, the refund will be subject to the applicable gift card or promotional terms.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the product you would like instead.

This allows us to provide clearer order tracking and ensure the fastest possible delivery.
